IC-MyHost Weakness

Generally people do not like to talk about their weaknesses. We do not wish to flaunt them either, but we have the courage to admit them. Besides we believe that if we know our weaknesses then it would help us overcome them.

We have a planned approach to overcome our known weaknesses. We identify a 'Weakness of the Month' and devise strategies to eradicate them completely from our systems.

Our policy towards weaknesses is, we make an analysis and decide the weaknesses that we have. We then decide the 'weakness of the month'. And plan and implement the action items or measures to knock out the weakness within a month. The action items become a process afterwards. We assure that the action items are followed in a continuous process so that the weakness does not reappear.
