We aware and understand that the damage percentage of every electronic equipment increases as time goes. Therefore, we try to prevent the damage of equipment to be able to function properly. If the damages of the server occur, fixing it will take more time and more damage than maintenance. The server IP: 61.19.252.158 has been used for almost 5 years. Consequently, a new server which has better efficiency, more rapid has been bought and replaced, so it can be used for a number of years. The client?s data which has been stored in the server IP: 61.19.252.158 will be moved to the new server with no extra payment. In addition, the host and domain dedicated fee will remain the same (actually it is cheaper because the ?.has been adjusted recently including more feature)

Procedures
Moving of the data will be following schedule presented below
January 10, 2009 : 21.00 pm.
January 17, 2009 : 21.00 pm.
January 31, 2009 : 21.00 pm.
February 7, 2009 : 21.00 pm.
February 14, 2009 : 21.00 pm

2. You will be informed by e-mail at least 3 days in advance before your data is moved.

3. Before your data is going to be moved, please backup your e-mail or transfer your e-mail into outlook in your computer.

4. After moving the data, email user and db will be set up. Email password and db password will be informed by email including new config.

5. After changing DNS, it will be informed the information of user & email password & db password by email
(Note : For changing DNS, the router from all over the world will synchronize within a day. It will be fast or slow depending on router. In some cases, it will synchronize right immediately but no longer than 1 day absolutely

6. It will be considered that you have been informed and the data is allowed to be moved into the new server which is better that the previous one.

7. After moving the data completely, please check your data for the correctness and completeness. If any problems occur, please contact hotline 086-3083669 immediately.

8. After moving process is done completely on February 28, 2009, the data stored in the previous server will be deleted.

Time schedule
The data will be moved completely on February 14, 2009. After that, the correctness and completeness will be checked for 2 weeks. The data will be deleted wholly On February 28, 2009.
