เงื่อนไขเกี่ยวกับการชำระค่าบริการ


	1. ก่อนที่จะถึงกำหนดการชำระค่าบริการ 15 วันทางเราจะอีเมล์แจ้งยอดค่าบริการของเดือนถัดไป พร้อมรายละเอียดทั้งหมดไปยังอีเมล์ Contact ของท่าน โดยสำหรับลูกค้าที่ชำระล่วงหน้าจะไม่ได้รับอีเมล์ดังกล่าว
	2. การชำระค่าบริการจะนับเมื่อได้ทำการ Fax หรือ Scan ส่งหลักฐานการชำระค่าบริการมาให้กับทางเรา โดยถ้า Fax ให้ท่านเขียนชื่อเว็บไซต์ลงสลิปใบชำระค่าบริการ หรือถ้า Scan ให้ท่านเขียนชื่อเว็บไซต์พร้อมแนบ file ที่อีเมล์มาด้วยทุกครั้ง
	3. ให้ท่านชำระค่าบริการก่อนวันครบกำหนด ท่านยังไม่ได้ชำระค่าบริการ ทางเราจะอีเมล์แจ้งให้ท่านทราบ หากท่านได้ชำระแล้ว กรุณาแจ้งทางเราก่อนวันครบกำหนด
	4. หากท่านต้องการชำระล่าช้ากรุณาแจ้งทางเราล่วงหน้าก่อน 5 วันทำการโดยทางเรายืดหยุ่นให้ท่านถึง 10 วันทำการหากท่านไม่ได้แจ้งให้เราทราบ ล่วงหน้าว่าจะชำระล่าช้า ทางเราจะทำการปิดบริการ FTP ของท่านในวันครบกำหนดชำระค่าบริการ
	5. หากเลยวันครบกำหนดชำระค่าบริการทางเราจะทำปรับอีก 50 บาท+ค่าบริการตามปกติ
	6. หากถึงเลยวันครบกำหนดชำระค่าบริการ 5 วันทางเรายังไม่ได้รับหลักฐานการชำระค่าบริการทางเราจะปิดการให้บริการจนกว่าจะชำระค่าบริการ
